What is Design for Change?
Design for Change (DFC) is the largest global movement of children and youth driving change in their communities by unleashing their "I CAN" spirit.
The programme has been designed to give the young an opportunity to express their own ideas for a better world, and put them into action.
Design for Change Singapore Challenge
From classroom groups to homeschoolers, extra-curricular groups to after-school clubs, there are many opportunities for young people to develop and apply creative problem-solving skills. It’s easy to start, and the possibilities are limitless!
Every year, teams submit their projects for the Design for Change Singapore Challenge to be evaluated by a panel of educators, social sector partners and industry experts, and winners for various award categories are selected.
Design for Change offers a simple 4-step Feel-Imagine-Do-Share Design Thinking process to enable every student to understand situations empathetically, imagine solutions and put them into action.
